Role Name: Executive (Meetings Coordinator)
**Job Description**:
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor’s degree in, B.A, Business Administration or Diploma in Hospitality Management, or related field.
2. Proven experience as a Meetings Coordinator or similar role in an administrative capacity.
3. Excellent organisational & multitasking abilities.
4. Strong communication and interpersonal skills in Hindi and English.
5. Proficiency in MS Office, especially MS Excel.
6. Knowledge of Google Workspace & ChatGPT would be an advantage.
7. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
8. Exceptional time management skills with the ability to meet strict deadlines.
**Responsibilities**:
1. Plan, organise, and coordinate all aspects of online sales-related meetings on Zoom or Google Meet, including but not limited to attendees, agendas, and minutes of meeting.
2. Liaise with the MD office and clients to ensure the smooth execution of these sales meetings.
3. Prepare and distribute meeting agendas in a timely manner.
4. Ensure all meeting-related tasks are completed accurately and on time.
5. Manage the meeting calendar for the company.
