**About Us**
This role is for startup being incubated by 2070 Health, a part of W Health Ventures. We partner with exceptional founders and use deep research, market analysis, and domain knowledge to identify and launch digital health companies. We leverage our network of key opinion leaders, clinical advisors, and doctors to find ideas that can make a big impact in the Indian healthcare ecosystem. So far, we have launched three successful healthcare companies, including two with a chain of clinics across India in metabolic weight loss (Elevate Now) and pain management (Nivaan).
**Responsibilities**
- Conduct assessment for physical and sensory processing disorders & Determine realistic goals
- Plan therapies to improve physical, sensory and motor skills of a child
- Document client’s information including session notes, program notes, recommendations, and treatment plans online.
- Contribute to protocol development by analyzing speech patterns
- Assist in content creation to boost awareness among patient communities
**Requirements**:
- RCI licensed - (rehabilitation counsel of India)
- Master's / Bachelors degree in speech therapy or relevant field along with 2+ years of experience as a counselor focusing pediatric care
- Experience working with a startup & delivering care online would be a plus
