Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for an Occupational Therapist located in Bengaluru. The Occupational Therapist will evaluate and develop personalized therapy plans to support patient recovery and functional independence. Daily responsibilities include delivering therapy sessions, focusing on rehabilitation, and addressing specific needs, such as pediatric care, as required. Effective communication with patients, families, and healthcare professionals will be a key part of the role to ensure comprehensive and tailored care. Qualifications Expertise in Occupational Therapy and RehabilitationFoundational knowledge in Medicine and PediatricsStrong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with patients and caregiversAbility to design and implement personalized therapy plansProfessional certification or licensure in Occupational TherapyPrior experience in home healthcare settings is a plusBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy or related field
