Looking for a shop assistant for a floral shop.

Morning 11 to 9 pm.

A Floral Assistant supports florists and floral designers in creating and arranging floral displays for various occasions. This role involves a combination of creative tasks, customer service, and operational duties.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Flower Preparation**: Unpack, trim, and prepare flowers for display and arrangements.
- **Arrangement Assistance**: Collaborate with designers to create floral arrangements for events, weddings, and special occasions.
- **Inventory Management**: Assist in managing floral supplies, including ordering and restocking materials.
- **Customer Service**: Engage with customers to understand their floral needs, provide recommendations, and process orders.
- **Shop Maintenance**: Maintain a clean and organized workspace, ensuring all tools and materials are readily available.

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- **Customer Service**: Strong interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients and address their needs.
- **Organization**: Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and maintain an organized workspace.
- **Attention to Detail**: Meticulous in maintaining flowers

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
