Cashier Accounts Assistant

In a role as a Cashier cum Computer Operator, you would be responsible for handling both cash transactions and computer-related tasks.
Performing cash transactions with customers, including receiving payments, issuing receipts, and providing change. Counting cash at the beginning and end of shifts to ensure accuracy.
Providing friendly and efficient customer service at the checkout counter. Assisting customers with inquiries, resolving complaints, and addressing concerns in a professional manner.
Maintaining accurate records of daily cash transactions and reconciling cash drawers at the end of each shift. Reporting any discrepancies or irregularities to management.
Inputting transaction details, sales figures, and other relevant information into computer systems or spreadsheets. Ensuring data entry accuracy and completeness.
Assisting with inventory control by monitoring stock levels, recording sales data, and updating inventory databases or systems as needed.
Training new cashiers on cash handling procedures, POS operations, and customer service protocols. Providing guidance and support to colleagues as needed.
Working collaboratively with other cashiers, store staff, and supervisors to ensure smooth operations and excellent customer service.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
Pay: Up to ₹18,000.00 per month
Expected hours: No more than 40 per week
