Executive Operations

**Roles and Responsibilities**:
- Ensure timely dispatch of hardware order requests.
- Verify and confirm payment receipt for corresponding order requests.
- Follow up with clients for payment details in case of non-payment and coordinate with the accounts team to process the order.
- Share order details with the accounts team for invoicing.
- Provide necessary information for generating e-way bills, if required.
- Supervise packing and labeling to ensure products are ready for shipment.
- Share dispatch details, including tracking information, with the sales owner or point of contact (POC).
- Track the delivery status of dispatched devices and escalate issues with the logistics partner in case of delays or non-delivery.
- Coordinate with clients to confirm receipt of the product.
- Activate the service and create login dashboards for corresponding products after delivery.
- Notify the Installation and Training (I&T) Team to schedule installation and training sessions post-delivery.
- Coordinate with the support team for the dispatch of replacement devices for faulty products.
- Ensure faulty devices are returned to the office for assessment or repair.
**Additional Qualification and Skills**:
- Proficiency of using MS Office Tools such as MS Excel, MS Word.
- Preferably having a background of Customer support or Integration.
Pay: From ₹15,000.00 per month
