**About the role**:
Are you detail-oriented and passionate about providing first-class customer service?

As a Disconnections Administrator, you'll play a vital part in managing and processing customer service disconnections, ensuring mobile, cloud and connectivity services are offboarded appropriately and efficiently when a customer is leaving Onecom.

This role demands a keen eye for detail in handling extensive data and a collaborative mindset to work effectively with diverse teams, ensuring consistent customer satisfaction.

- Previous experience in an administrative role, preferably within telecommunications

**Key responsibilities**:

- Process and manage customer disconnection requests accurately and promptly
- Liaise with internal teams to ensure seamless customer transitions
- Maintain up-to-date and accurate records of disconnection activities
- Respond to customer queries and resolve any issues related to disconnections
- Collaborate with billing and sales teams to ensure alignment in customer accounts
- Analyse disconnection data to identify trends and suggest improvement areas
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of disconnection processes
