Roles and responsibilities

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES--
- Processing of customer disconnections across Onecom’s mobile, cloud and connectivity product portfolio
- Liaising with Sales, Customer Service, and Project Delivery on disconnection requirements
- Proactively manage unsolicited requests and ensure customers (internal and external) are appropriately notified
- Ensure assets included in the offboarding request are accurate, requesting new asset creation where required
- Ensure all offboarding information is tracked and kept up to date on the company database
- Ensure cloud and connectivity suspension processes are followed on every occasion
- Support with the resolution of issues arising from actions or events involving administrative functions throughout the progress of a disconnection of the service for the customer
- Ensure unsuspension requests are completed within SLA
- Act as a liaison between the company and its external providers to meet the requirements to successfully process disconnection orders

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
