**Job Summary**:
We are looking for an efficient Office Coordinator to ensure smooth day-to-day operations and provide administrative support across departments.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Manage office supplies, equipment, and maintenance.
- Coordinate meetings, schedules, and communications.
- Support administrative tasks like filing, data entry, and documentation.
- Assist in onboarding and coordinating with external vendors.
- Maintain office cleanliness and orderliness.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree or relevant certification.
- 2+ years of experience in an administrative or office support role.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Proficient in MS Office and communication tools.
