- **Office Management**:Organizing and maintaining office supplies, equipment, and facilities, ensuring a functional and efficient workspace.
- **Scheduling and Coordination**:Scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements, coordinating communications and events, according to LinkedIn [7, 14] and Randstad UK [10].
- **Customer Service**:Providing excellent customer service to visitors and staff, ensuring a positive and professional office environment.
- **Financial Tasks**:Managing office expenses, invoices, and vendor relations.
- **Record Keeping**:Maintaining accurate records of office operations, including files, documents, and financial records.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
