Production Planner

Job Title: Production Planning Executive

Location: Dombivli, Maharashtra

**Salary**: ₹25,000 - ₹30,000 per month

Industry: FMCG / Pharma (Manufacturing only)

Experience Required: 3 - 5 years

Preferred Age Group: 28 - 30 years

**Job Description**:
Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement production plans and schedules based on sales forecasts and customer demand
- Monitor inventory levels to ensure optimum stock availability without overstocking
- Coordinate with the procurement, production, and warehouse teams for timely availability of raw materials and packaging materials
- Track and analyze production performance and adjust schedules as needed to meet delivery timelines
- Maintain accurate records of production plans, inventory, and raw material usage
- Identify and resolve potential issues in the production plan proactively
- Generate regular reports related to production status, planning accuracy, and inventory health
- 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in production planning or inventory management
- Experience must be in FMCG or Pharmaceutical manufacturing companies only
- Strong knowledge of production workflows, inventory management principles, and planning tools
- Proficient in MS Excel and ERP systems
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and collaborate across departments
