Analyse qualitative and quantitative data to identify patterns and implications for practice.

**Literature Review**:
Compile and summarize existing literature related to life coaching, resilience building, and personal growth strategies.

Prepare comprehensive reports based on findings to support program development.

**Support Program Development**:
Collaborate with the coaching team to provide research-based recommendations for training materials and programs.

Assist in the development of workshops, webinars, and other educational resources.

**Stay Informed**:
Keep up-to-date with the latest developments in psychology, coaching practices, and related fields.

Attend relevant conferences, workshops, and webinars to enhance knowledge and network with professionals in the field.

**Qualifications & Experience**:
Bachelor’s degree in psychology, Social Sciences, Education, or a related field (master’s degree preferred).

5 years’ experience in research methodologies and data analysis.

Strong analytical skills with a keen attention to detail.

Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

Familiarity with life coaching practices and principles is a plus.
