**Job Overview**:
The Associate Technology Specialist role, as a part of the Global Application Management and Support (GAMS) team, will perform the routine Hexagon’s Smart Plant Materials systems support and maintenance.

**Key Tasks and Responsibilities**:

- Managing database objects such as tables, indexes, and views.
- Should be responsible for collaborating with other developers, DBAs, and stakeholders to develop and deploy the end user requirements.
- Maintaining documentation of database schema, design, and code changes.

**Essential Qualifications and Education**:

- Bachelor’s Engineering Degree in Computer Science or IT.
- Oracle certifications are a plus.
- Knowledge of Oracle SQL and relational databases is essential.
- Should have good ability to analyze and understand large data sets, debug code, and write efficient queries.
- Knowledge in writing and troubleshooting complex SQL queries to extract data, SQL Stored procedures, functions & triggers.
- Excellent communication skills and analytical skills.
- Experience or knowledge on incident, request and change management modules of ITIL are a plus.
- Experience working in a support environment as a team with SLA's
