**Responsibilities**
- Analyze, propose, and implement innovative work methods aimed at decreasing non
- added value, areas of waste and accident risks
- Determine standard production times and ensure their implementation.
- Design and implement plant layouts as well as ergonomic workstations.
- Set up the synchronization of operations across the entire production value chain
- Set up the productivity measurements, manufacturing KPI monitoring system using digital tools.
- Coordinate all aspects of industrial engineering with the different departments at the manufacturing site
- Define material flows, material inventory, material storage on assembly line.
- Design, develop and implement advance assembly tools to improve operational efficiency.
- Organize, lead, and execute lean manufacturing related projects and activities.
- Collaborate to and get involved in continuous improvement activities
- Participate in cost optimization and reduction projects.
- Manages overall ramp-up phase of production & test equipment, or production launch of new products and ensures life cycle support.
- Hands on experience in Value stream mapping, Kanban, Ergonomics, Poka-yoke, Pull etc. lean project implementation

**Required Knowledge/Skills, Education, and Experience**
- B. E. in Mechanical Engineering or Industrial Engineering.
- Typically, 1- or 2-years of successful experience in a directly related field and successfully demonstrating Key Responsibilities and Knowledge as presented in the job profile.
- Environmental Health and Safety (EHS)
- Knowledge of environmental health and safety regulations and procedures.
- Lean Manufacturing - Advanced knowledge of lean principles and techniques for optimizing processes and eliminating waste.
- Leadership
- Knowledge of leadership techniques for motivating and engaging a team to achieve a vision.
