Hiring for Product Development Engineer


Position:  Product Development Engineer (2 to 3 Year)

Educational Qualifications: Bachelor of Engineering in the stream of Mechanical / Production. Or Diploma in Engineering in the stream of Mechanical
 
Experience: Minimum 2 years experience as a Senior Engineer in New Product Development Department

Job description:
 
Execute drawing changes according to the proposed product design
Prepare design parameters and BOM (Bill of Material) for the proposed product design
Create an item code of the material list in SAP up-to-date by coordinating with the IT department
Define process parameters for different equipment steps, as per the design of new product and sequence of manufacturing processes for proposed product design
Create documentation around product development processes and hand over the production layout to Production team post-approval from MD and production head
Coordinate with Manufacturing teams to drive timely manufacture of prototypes, in alignment with technical specifications Execute test results of new products and take requisite action to resolve any issues
Having Knowledge of 2D 3D Drawing.
Good Communication With Customer.
Responsible for planning and developing a new product as per customer requirements.
Product design verification and suggestions.
New product development with the existing range.
Preparation, review, and control of internal technical documents. 
Control of national and international standards.
Working, validation & verification of Design calculation, analyzing, a feasibility study for new conceptual designs. 
Co-ordinating with planning dept., manufacturing dept. along with the Quality dept. to achieve the targeted new product development.
Preparing documents such as CP, PPAP, APQP, PFMEA, MSA, PSW & submission to customers as per Requirements.
Final Inspection and testing of finished products & sample submission to customers as per schedule. 
Managing overall development-related operations and ensuring timely accomplishment of efficiency and productivity targets.
Minimizing performance bottlenecks for higher productivity by maximizing men, material, and machine
