**JOB DETAILS**:
1. Reach out to potential hotels and accommodations via phone calls to introduce our services and explore partnership opportunities.

2. Explain the benefits of joining our hotel network and address any queries or concerns the hoteliers may have.

3. Build and maintain a database of potential hotel partners, keeping accurate records of interactions and progress.

4. Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to align strategies and ensure effective hotel onboarding.

5. Understand the unique selling points of each hotel and tailor the onboarding pitch accordingly.

6. Provide timely follow-ups to keep the hoteliers engaged and interested in partnering with us.

7. Coordinate with the operations team to ensure a seamless onboarding process, assisting hotels with any technical or operational setup.

8. Monitor and analyze the performance of hotel onboarding campaigns and suggest improvements for better results.

9. Maintain a positive and professional attitude while representing our company to potential hotel partners.

10.Should have called 100/day

**Requirements**:
1. Proven experience as a Tele caller or in a similar sales-related role, preferably in the hospitality or travel industry.

2. Excellent verbal communication skills, with a persuasive and confident approach to sales calls.

3. Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport and maintain positive relationships with hoteliers.

4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team, meeting individual and collective targets.

5. Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software or call center systems is a plus.

6. A passion for the hospitality industry and a keen interest in staying informed about the latest trends and developments.

7. A goal-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving and exceeding targets.

8. Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and a fast-paced environment.

9. Empathy and patience in handling hoteliers' questions and concerns.

10. Fluency in multiple languages is an advantage, especially if the hotel network includes international partners.

**Salary**: ₹9,518.33 - ₹15,000.00 per month
