**Compensation**:

- **CTC**: ₹2.64 LPA
- **On-the-Job Training Stipend**: ₹7,000/month (for 3 months)

**About the Role**:
As a **Dispensing Optician**, you will play a critical role in helping individuals achieve better vision and enhanced quality of life. You'll work in a fast-growing, tech-driven retail environment where you provide expert advice, perform essential optical tasks, and contribute to delivering outstanding customer experience in the eyewear sector.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct basic eye assessments and assist in determining accurate vision prescriptions
- Provide tailored eyewear recommendations based on customer needs and prescriptions
- Fit, adjust, and troubleshoot frames and lenses for comfort and functionality
- Educate customers on eye care, contact lens hygiene, and product use
- Maintain optical instruments and ensure clinical areas are hygienic and organized
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and company SOPs
- Support store operations and drive sales through product knowledge and customer engagement

**Eligibility Criteria**:
**Education**:

- 10+2 in Science (Physics, Chemistry, Biology/Mathematics), _or_
- Graduate in Optometry (B.Optom or related field)

**Skills**:

- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Customer-focused with attention to detail
- Basic understanding of optics and vision care
- Ability to learn quickly and work in a retail team environment

**Program Structure (EyeTech Certification)**:

- **Total Duration**: 6 Months
- **Classroom Training**: 3 Months(unpaid)
- **On-the-Job Training**: 3 Months (with 7000 stipend)

**Program Fee**:
Total: ₹80,000 + GST

Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹7,000.00 per month
