**About the Role**

As a **Dispensing Optician** trained under the Lenskart EyeTech Program by Crack-ED, you will be the face of personalized eye care in Lenskart retail outlets. You will play a pivotal role in customer engagement, visual solutions, and operational excellence. This job goes beyond sales - it’s about improving lives by ensuring people see the world clearly.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Conduct vision screenings and support eye exams under optometrist supervision
- Guide customers in selecting appropriate lenses and frames based on their prescription, needs, and style preferences
- Educate customers on lens types, contact lens care, and eyewear maintenance
- Ensure accurate fitting, adjustment, and alignment of spectacles
- Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and a professional atmosphere in the store and dispensing area
- Operate and maintain optometric equipment and tools
- Adhere to all industry compliance and ethical standards
- Document patient interactions and maintain records as per SOPs
- Collaborate with the retail and operations team to ensure seamless customer experience

**Eligibility Criteria**
- **Education**:

- 10+2 in Science (with Physics, Chemistry, and Biology or Mathematics) **OR**:

- Bachelor's degree in Optometry or related field (e.g., B.Optom)
- **Skills & Attributes**:

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Customer-centric mindset with empathy
- Detail-oriented and technically sound
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced retail environment
- High standards of grooming and professionalism

**Training Program Details (Pre-Placement)**
- **Duration**: 6 Months (3 Months Classroom + 3 Months On-the-Job)
- **Stipend**: ₹7,000/month during on-the-job training
- **Certification**: EyeTech Certified Dispensing Optician

**Placement**: 100% Job Assurance upon successful program completion

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹7,000.00 per month
