Job Title: Officer Sales (Bank)

Job Summary:
**Responsibilities**:
Sales and Business Development: Actively engage in selling various banking products, including savings accounts, fixed deposits, loans, credit cards, and other investment products.

Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understand their financial needs, and provide suitable banking solutions to fulfill those requirements.

Lead Generation: Proactively identify potential customers and generate leads through various channels, including referrals, cold calling, networking, and other marketing strategies.

Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with the latest banking products, services, and industry trends to provide accurate and informed advice to customers.

Cross-Selling: Identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling to existing customers to maximize revenue and deepen customer relationships.

Compliance and Regulations: Ensure adherence to all banking regulations, policies, and procedures while processing customer transactions and sales activities.

Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and follow-ups using the bank's CRM system.

Target Achievement: Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs set by the bank, contributing to the overall growth and profitability of the branch.

Team Collaboration: Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and operations, to optimize sales efforts and enhance the overall customer experience.

Customer Service: Deliver exceptional customer service and handle inquiries or complaints promptly and professionally.

Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.

Proven experience in sales, preferably in the banking or financial services industry.

Strong understanding of various banking products and financial instruments.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Sales-driven mindset with a focus on achieving and exceeding targets.

Customer-centric approach with a passion for building relationships.

Familiarity with banking regulations and compliance standards.

Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) software and other sales tools.

High level of integrity and ethical conduct in all business dealings.

**Salary**: 2.2 LPA
