**Role Overview**

As a Sales Executive **at Masterbuilt Infrastructures Pvt. Ltd.**, you will be responsible for **driving sales growth, building strong client relationships, and expanding our customer base** in the construction industry. **Key Responsibilities**

**Client Relationship Management**
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with contractors, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders.
- Serve as the first point of contact for client inquiries and support needs.
- Conduct follow-ups to ensure client satisfaction and repeat business.

**Business Development**
- Identify and pursue new clients and sales opportunities through networking and research.
- Develop and execute strategies to expand market reach.
- Collaborate with the sales team on campaigns, promotions, and events.

**Product & Service Promotion**
- Educate clients about our construction products, services, and project solutions.
- Present product demonstrations and tailored proposals to meet client needs.

**Sales Process & Negotiation**
- Qualify leads and coordinate with internal teams for quotes and proposals.
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and agreements to close sales.
- Ensure all deals comply with company policies and contractual guidelines.

**Market Awareness**
- Stay informed on industry trends, competitor activity, and market conditions.
- Provide feedback to management to improve offerings and strategies.

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, Construction Management, or related field (preferred).
- 1+ year experience in sales, business development, or customer service (construction industry preferred).
- Knowledge of construction materials, equipment, and processes is a plus.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and networking skills.
- Target-oriented mindset with a proven ability to close deals.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel.

**Benefits**
- Salary: ₹18,000 - ₹30,000 per month + commission
