**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Project Management**: Plan, coordinate, and oversee the execution of firefighting projects, including installations and maintenance services.
- **Resource Allocation**: Manage resources such as personnel, equipment, and materials to ensure efficient project execution.
- **Compliance and Safety**: Ensure all work complies with relevant safety codes, standards (NFPA, local fire codes), and company policies.
- **Team Leadership**: Supervise and lead project teams, including engineers, technicians, and subcontractors.
- **Client Communication**: Maintain clear and professional communication with clients regarding project timelines, progress, and any changes.
- **Documentation**: Prepare and maintain project documentation, including reports, schedules, and inspection records.
- **Quality Assurance**: Ensure all installations and services meet quality and industry standards.
- **Problem-Solving**: Address and resolve project challenges and operational issues promptly.
- **Budget Management**: Monitor project budgets and control costs to ensure profitability.
- **Training**: Provide training and mentorship to project staff as necessary.

**Skills and Qualifications Required:Technical Skills**:

- In-depth knowledge of firefighting systems, such as sprinklers, fire alarms, suppression systems, and extinguishers.
- Understanding of NFPA codes, local regulations, and industry best practices.
- Familiarity with project management software and tools (e.g., MS Project, Primavera).
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.

- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Capacity to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Risk assessment and mitigation strategies.

**Leadership Skills**:

- Excellent leadership and team-building skills.

- Ability to present project updates clearly to clients and stakeholders.

- Analytical and critical thinking skills to address on-site challenges.
- Creative approach to solving unforeseen project issues.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Fire Protection, Construction Management, or related field (preferred).
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus.
- Minimum6mon-3 yrs years of experience in fire protection system projects or related industry.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to project sites.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
