**Duties & Responsibilities:

- **
- End to end review of Process/audit assign
- Coordinate, conduct and ensure completion of audit as per approved internal audit plan
- Assurance on Policy and Procedures, existing Internal Control.
- Performing audits through Data Analytics, Physical validation, Sampling Methodology.
- Provide support to risk owner to develop action plans to mitigate the identified risk
- Support in preparation of Audit update Management.
- Continuous value-added suggestion as part of audit with recommendation to cost savings.
- Follow-up on Audit Issues as per Schedule
- Perform additional duties as assign
- Assist Partners & Senior Managers in driving the business development process on existing client engagements by gathering appropriate resources, gaining access to key contacts & supervising proposal preparation.
- Establish audit objectives and scope of work

**Academic qualifications**:
**Experience:

- **

Minimum 2 years of Relevant Experience required.
- Any Inter CA, CA Finalist or Qualified CA
- with Bachelor's/Master degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience
- 2-5 years of accounting/finance experience
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience with accounting software
- Excellent interpersonal skills to communicate effectively across the organization
- Good organizing abilities and great attention to detail
- Good with numbers and figures and an analytical acumen
- Good understanding of accounting, Audit and financial reporting principles and practices.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Regular / Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Yearly bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Vadiwadi, Vadodara - 390023, Gujarat: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
