Sales Coordinator

As a Sales Coordinator specializing in generating new sales for our Metal & Civil Testing Laboratory, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth and expanding our client base. You will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, establishing and nurturing client relationships, and coordinating sales efforts to meet and exceed targets. This role requires a combination of strategic thinking, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to sales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prospecting and Lead Generation:
Research and identify potential clients.
Generate leads through various channels and maintain the data by Utilizing CRM software for effective lead management.
- Client Engagement and Relationship Building:
Understand client needs and challenges in Metal & Civil Testing
Build and maintain strong relationships.
- Proposal Development and Sales Negotiation:
Make proposals to clients by coordinating with the Technical team.
Negotiate terms and pricing.
- Sales Coordination and Support:
Coordinate with internal teams for faster Test completion.
Collaborate with marketing for sales efforts.
- Market Research and Competitive Analysis:
Stay informed about industry trends and competitors.
Analyze market data for growth opportunities.
- Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
Proven experience in sales, business development, or account management, preferably in a B2B environment.
Strong understanding of sales principles and techniques, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate technical concepts clearly and persuasively.
Ability to build rapport and establish credibility with clients at all levels of an organization.
Highly organized with excellent time management and prioritization skills.
Knowledge of the metal industry and testing procedures is a plus.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
