With a strong presence in Latin America, the United States, and beyond, we are expanding our footprint in India and looking for a motivated Sales Supervisor to support our growth in this dynamic market.Role OverviewAs our Sales Supervisor in India, you will support the sales strategy, manage day-to-day sales activities, and coordinate with distributors and retailers. You will work closely with the Sales Manager and regional teams to ensure smooth execution of plans and contribute to the expansion of Grupo Grisi as a trusted brand in India.Key ResponsibilitiesAssist in developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve targets.Supervise and guide a small team of sales representatives.Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and customers.Monitor sales performance and prepare regular reports for management.Collect market feedback, analyze trends, and share insights with senior managers.Ensure compliance with company standards and local regulations.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.2–4 years of sales experience, ideally in FMCG, pharmaceuticals, or personal care industries.Understanding of the Indian retail and distribution landscape.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and support team goals.Proficiency in English; knowledge of local languages is a plus.What We OfferCompetitive compensation package.Career growth opportunities within a global company.A collaborative and supportive international team culture.????
