Job Summary: We are seeking enthusiastic and presentable Stall Management Executive to manage our Korean Jewelry Sales, malls, pop-ups, or events. The role includes engaging with walk-in customers, promoting the jewelry collection, handling billing, maintaining stall appearance, and ensuring excellent customer service throughout. This is a perfect role for someone who enjoys interacting with people, has an interest in fashion/accessories, and can handle retail operations efficiently. Key Responsibilities: Customer Engagement & Sales Greet and interact with customers visiting the stall in a friendly and professional manner Understand customer preferences and recommend suitable Korean jewelry pieces (earrings, bracelets, necklaces, rings, etc.) Explain product features, pricing, offers, and promote ongoing discounts Upsell and cross-sell to boost average ticket size Billing & Inventory Handle cash, UPI, card, or app-based transactions smoothly and accurately Maintain records of daily sales, stock sold, and returns Keep a count of inventory before and after each day/event shift Stall Maintenance Arrange and display jewelry neatly and attractively to draw customer attention Ensure the stall is clean, well-lit, and stocked at all times Handle jewelry with care and maintain product hygiene Team & Event Coordination Coordinate with stall setup crew, logistics, or supervisors for stall maintenance and restocking Follow event-specific timing, dress code, and brand presentation guidelines Share daily reports or customer feedback with the backend/management team Eligibility Criteria: Education: 10th Pass minimum; Graduate preferred Experience: Prior retail, counter sales, or stall management experience is a plus Freshers with a pleasing personality and good communication skills can apply Skills Required: Good communication skills in Hindi / English (local language is a bonus) Interest in fashion, jewelry, or Korean trends is desirable Basic math and comfort using mobile apps for billing/payments Neat appearance and strong interpersonal skills Sales-oriented mindset and willingness to meet daily/weekly targetsMore information about this Stall Management Executive JobPlease go through the below FAQs to get all answers related to the given Stall Management Executive jobWhat are the job requirements to apply for this Stall Management Executive job position?
