**Job Purpose**

To assist in Subsidiary Finance Operations in terms of day-to-day operational activities, month closure, quarter/year closure with Board meeting preparations etc.

To support the DOT, TRAI Interface between Corporate finance and Circles for issues pertaining to AGR and other regulatory matters.

**Key Result Areas/Accountabilities**

**Subsidiary Finance Operations**:

- Ensuring timely and accurate monthly closing of financial books of both the subsidiaries.
- Statutory and other compliances related to taxation and other matters.
- Preparation of audit schedules, resolution of audit queries and providing relevant inputs/schedules to auditor.
- Interaction with statutory auditors and resolving audit queries
- Preparation of monthly P&L and BS variances and mitigation plan on any deviations
- Ensuring timely closure of ICFR compliances
- Ensuring CSR compliances as per CSR regulations
- Coordination with CSR team for appropriate control in CSR spent and overhead allocation
- Treasury Management - Preparation of monthly cash flow and placement of FDs for interim period
- Handling vendor payments in coordination with SSC team
- Interaction with Tax team and consultants for submission on tax litigation and handling contingent liabilities

**Regulatory Accounting**:

- Tracker on License fees and Spectrum charges demands raised by DoT
- Filing of response on demands.
- Monthly MIS on Demands along with provision details
- Support on Statutory Audits

**Core Competencies, Knowledge, Experience**
- Experience of 5-7 years in Finance/Regulatory or related areas
- Good interpersonal skills
- MIS experience

**Must have technical / professional qualifications**
- CA with 5-7 years of experience
