JOB DISCRIPTION:
we are looking for an experienced, customer oriented telesales executive to inbound and outbound telephone calls to achieve sales targets. Telesales executive should be able to follow sales scripts as well as demonstrate, and customer service skills.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Receiving incoming telephone calls and assisting with customer inquiries, as well as maintaining an accurate record of calls made and received.
- Processing all customer purchases accordingly.
- Generating leads for outside sales team to pursue.
- Exceeding daily and monthly targets
- Developing relationship with customers to encourage repeat business.

SKILLS:

- Communication skills
- Fluency in English
- Flexibility

REQUIREMENTS:

- Experience in sales: 1 yr+
- Qualification: Graduate, MBA (preferred)
- Strong negotiation
- Consultative sales skills

SALARY:
8000/per month, 5% incentive on sales, Company Sim to be provided.

**Salary**: ₹8,000.00 per month
