**Key Responsibilities**:

- Work closely with stakeholders to gather, document, and analyze requirements (BRD, FRD, user stories).
- Assist in preparing process flows, wireframes, and functional specifications.
- Design, review, and execute manual test cases based on requirements.
- Perform functional, regression, smoke, and sanity testing.
- Report, track, and validate defects using tools (e.g., JIRA, Bugzilla).
- Collaborate with developers, designers, and project managers to ensure quality deliverables.
- Maintain Requirement Traceability Matrix (RTM) to ensure complete coverage.

**Required Skills**:

- Strong understanding of SDLC, STLC, and Agile methodologies.
- Experience in requirement gathering, documentation, and client communication.
- Good knowledge of test case design techniques (BVA, Equivalence Partitioning).
- Hands-on experience with bug tracking/test management tools.
- Basic knowledge of SQL for data validation.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Business, or related field.
- 6 months-2 years of experience in **Business Analysis and/or Manual Testing**.
