**Job Summary**

The Front Office Executive will be the first point of contact for clients, visitors, and employees. This role requires a professional, courteous, and efficient individual who can manage front desk operations, handle incoming calls, coordinate administrative tasks, and support various departments as needed.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Greet and welcome guests with a positive and helpful attitude.
- Manage the front desk, including answering phones, routing calls, and taking messages.
- Schedule appointments and manage meeting room bookings.
- Maintain office supplies and coordinate with vendors.
- Ensure the reception area is tidy, organized, and presentable.
- Maintain visitor logs and issue visitor badges.
- Provide basic administrative and clerical support to other departments.
- Assist with onboarding of new employees or visitors when necessary.
- Handle inquiries efficiently and direct them to the appropriate departments.

**Qualifications and Skills**
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in any field (preferred).
- 1-3 years of experience in a similar role.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle confidential information discreetly.

**Work Hours**

Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM (may vary based on company policy)

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
