Learn and understand in detail about the various product offerings from Tyroo
- Conduct in-depth market research to identify trends, opportunities, and customer behaviours specific to the APAC region.
- Develop comprehensive marketing strategies to drive brand growth and revenue influence
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, sales, and analytics teams, to ensure marketing activities are aligned with business goals and objectives.
- Tell stories in unique and compelling ways, include video, social snippets, and blogs, with trackable success metrics
- Own program management and communications across marketing programs like events, webinar and partner marketing campaign
- Partner with leadership to set Marketing’s annual strategic plan globally, articulating Marketing’s most critical priorities
- Evaluate Marketing performance/impact and make data-driven recommendations for improvement
- Develop executive level deliverables

**Minimum Qualifications**:

- 7+ years of experience in marketing, with a focus on B2B marketing
- Experience with digital marketing tools and platforms, including Mailchimp, marketo, saleforce etc.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Self-motivated and driven with a strong work ethic
- Ability to work in an ambiguous environment, with an entrepreneurial approach
- Ambition to build and lead a team
