**Quality Control**:

- **Conduct regular supplier audits** (process, product, and system audits) based standards
- **Perform in-process and final product inspections**of mechanical locks Kitchen & furniture accessories (E.g Handle, latches, cylinders, smart lock Etc.)
- Use precision measuring tools (E.g vernier callipers, micrometres, gauges) to ensure dimensional accuracy.
- **Validation of material testing** (e.g., Life cycle testing, salt spray testing for corrosion, Material testing etc).
- Record and track non-conformities, perform root cause analysis (RCA)
- **Audit & Reporting**:

- Prepare detailed audit reports with findings and improvement suggestions.
- Maintain inspection records, audit logs and compliance documentation.

**Quality Assurance**:

- Corrective actions and follow up on closure of non-conformance reports (NCRs).
- Monitor adherence to standard operating procedures (SOPs) across production, assembly, and packaging.

**Technical Skills: Skills & Competencies**:

- knowledge of mechanical drawings, GD&T, tolerances, and material specifications.

**Soft Skills & Competencies**:
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

Ability to work with cross-functional teams

**Work Environment**:

- Travel to supplier or customer sites for audits or assessments
- Documentation, communication, and reporting skills.
- Familiarity with metal stamping, die casting, Powder coating & electroplating and assembly processes.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
