**Job Description: Design for Reliability for Electronics Products, Warranty Analytics**

**Location: Pune**

**Requirements**:
**Educational Qualifications**:

- BE/B Tech in Electronics Engineering or a related field.

**Experience**:

- 2-3 years of experience in data analysis, with a focus on electronics warranty or

related domains.

**Technical Skills**:
1. Proficiency in SQL for data extraction and analysis.

2. Strong knowledge of data analysis, analytics, and statistical techniques.

3. Experience in Python programming for automation and advanced analytics.

4. Expertise in data visualization tools, including Power BI and MS Excel.

5. Proficiency in Minitab Statistical software (mandatory).

6. Familiarity with Windchill for data and design management.

**Domain Knowledge**:

- Strong understanding of the electronics industry.
- Comprehensive knowledge of warranty services and processes.
- Expertise in Design for Reliability (DfR) principles.
- In-depth understanding of reliability engineering and statistical methodologies.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Data Analysis and Reporting:

- Extract, analyze, and interpret warranty-related data using SQL and statistical

tools.
- Perform in-depth analytics to provide actionable insights for product reliability

and warranty performance.

**Design for Reliability (DfR)**:
products.
- Collaborate with design teams to ensure reliability is integrated into product

development processes.

**Performance Monitoring**:

- Create and maintain dashboards using Power BI and MS Excel to visualize

reliability and warranty metrics.
- Leverage Python to automate data processing and enhance analytical

capabilities.

**Statistical Analysis**:

- Utilize Minitab to conduct reliability analyses and identify areas for

improvement.
- Provide statistical recommendations to enhance product design and warranty

performance.
- **Process Optimization**:

- Implement best practices in warranty analytics and reliability monitoring.
- Optimize workflows using advanced tools like Windchill for seamless data

management.

**Domain Expertise**:

- Use knowledge of the electronics industry to address warranty and reliability

challenges.
- Align warranty analytics with DfR and reliability engineering standards to drive

product excellence.

**Job Type**: Contractual / Temporary
Contract length: 6 months
