Field Sales Officer

**Position**: Field Sales Officer

**Experience**: 2 to 7 years

**Salary Range**: ₹15,000 to ₹30,000 per month

**Responsibilities**:
**Prospecting and Lead Generation**:
Identify potential clients and leads through research, referrals, and networking.
Cold-call and visit prospective clients to introduce our products/services and create interest.

**Client Relationship Management**:
Ø Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.

Ø Understand clients' needs and requirements, and tailor solutions to meet them.

Ø Address client inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.

**Sales Presentations**:
Ø Present products/services to potential clients with a focus on their benefits and value proposition.

Ø Effectively communicate the features and advantages of our offerings.

**Sales Target Achievement**:
Ø Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve or exceed assigned sales targets.

Ø Monitor sales performance and take corrective actions when necessary.

**Negotiation and Closing**:
Ø Negotiate terms and close sales deals while ensuring customer satisfaction.

Ø Handle objections and address pricing concerns to reach mutually beneficial agreements.

**Market Intelligence**:
Ø Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitors' activities.

Ø Provide feedback to the management team on changing market dynamics.

**Reporting**:
Ø Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and deals closed.

Ø Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management review.

**Team Collaboration**:
Ø Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Ø Share market insights and feedback to contribute to product/service improvements.

**Requirements**:
Ø **Experience**: 2 to 7 years of relevant field sales experience.

Ø **Education**: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).

Ø **Communication**: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Ø **Negotiation Skills**:Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.

Ø **Relationship Building**:Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships.

Ø **Target-Driven**: Demonstrated experience in achieving sales targets.

Ø **Adaptability**:Ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Ø **Problem-Solving**: Effective problem-solving skills and a solution-oriented mindset.

Ø **Time Management**: Strong organizational and time management skills.

Ø **Tech-Savvy**: Proficiency in using sales software, CRM tools, and MS Office suite.

Ø **Driving License**: Valid driver's license and willingness to travel extensively.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
