**Job Summary**:
We are looking for a compassionate Coordinator and Counselor to support individuals in achieving their personal, professional, or health-related goals. This role involves providing guidance, coordinating programs, and ensuring effective client support in a digital learning or healthcare environment.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Guidance and Counseling**: Conduct sessions to develop personalized plans for career, skill development, or wellness goals; provide referrals to additional resources when needed.

**Program Coordination**: Organize workshops and events, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives; analyze program data for continuous improvement.

**Client Support and Communication**: Act as a liaison between clients and departments, maintaining an inclusive environment and providing updates on available resources.

**Specific to EdTech**:
Advise on course and skill path selection; encourage engagement with digital tools and offer feedback to the product team.

**Specific to Healthcare**:
Support wellness planning, coordinate with healthcare providers, and manage a health resource database for client access.

**Qualifications**:
Bachelor’s degree in counselling, Psychology, Education, or Healthcare Administration (Master’s preferred).

Experience in counselling or program coordination, ideally within EdTech or Healthcare.

Strong interpersonal, organizational, and digital proficiency skills.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Familiarity with EdTech and/or healthcare systems and resources, with experience supporting clients in digital learning or health improvement.
- Certification in relevant fields (e.g., NCC, LPC, CHES) is a plus.
- Experience with program development and client engagement strategies.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Internship, Freelance

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
