**Key Responsibilities**:

- Record day-to-day accounting transactions in **Tally ERP** accurately and timely.
- Manage **Accounts Payable**:

- Process vendor invoices, verify supporting documents, schedule payments, and reconcile vendor accounts.
- Handle **Accounts Receivable**:

- Generate sales invoices, follow up for payments, and maintain updated customer records.
- Perform **Bank Reconciliation** and assist with **cash flow tracking**.
- Support **month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closings** by preparing necessary reports and schedules.
- Maintain and organize financial records and supporting documents.
- Assist in **GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance filings**.
- Coordinate with vendors and customers regarding billing and payment-related queries.
- Support the finance team during **internal/external audits**.
- Assist with the preparation of **payment runs** for management review and approval.
- Provide assistance to the senior finance team in cost analysis and other reporting requirements.

Key Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce or Accounting.
- **CA Inter / ICWA Inter** qualification is an added advantage.
- Strong understanding of core **accounting principles**.
- Proficiency in **Tally ERP** and **Microsoft Excel** (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, etc.).
- Good communication skills (written and verbal) in **English**.
- High level of **attention to detail** and accuracy in data entry and reconciliation.
- Proactive and team-oriented with a willingness to take on additional responsibilities as needed.
- A problem-solver with a calm, can-do attitude under pressure

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
