Branch Executive

**Experience**: 0-6 Years

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Maintain accurate records of customer transactions, including gold appraisal and loan disbursement.
- Coordinate the documentation process for gold loans, ensuring all legal and regulatory requirements are met.
- Assist in the branch's day-to-day operations, including managing cash, gold inventory, and ensuring security protocols are followed.
- Monitor and maintain branch performance metrics such as loan disbursement, collection, and recovery targets.
- Provide support in loan renewals and closures, ensuring adherence to company policies.
- Conduct periodic audits of gold inventory, ensuring accurate records are maintained.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports for branch performance and operations.
- Assist branch manager in implementing operational improvements to enhance customer experience and branch performance.
- Ensure that all regulatory and compliance guidelines are adhered to in all transactions.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (Freshers are welcome).
- 0 to 6 years of experience in branch operations or a similar role in banking, financial services, or gold loan industry.
- Knowledge of gold loan processes, customer service, and branch operations is a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work efficiently in a team-oriented and fast-paced environment.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with banking software and MS Office.

Pay: ₹10,086.00 - ₹20,388.25 per month
