Internal Auditor

**Title**: Internal Auditor - Supply Chain and Operation

**Role Objective**:
Plan, coordinate, and execute financial and operational audits to improve operations through risk management, control, and governance processes.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct full audit cycle (risk, control management, compliance).
- Prepare risk-based annual audit plans and calendars.
- Present audit reports and document processes.
- Identify and recommend risk aversion measures and cost savings.
- Maintain communication with management and the audit team.
- Issue and follow up on CAPA.
- Perform follow-up audits and ensure corrective actions.
- Provide independent advice on validity, legality, and goal achievement.
- Evaluate internal controls and draft audit reports.
- Ensure timely execution and compliance of audit plans.
- Perform controls testing and other tasks as instructed.

**Skills, Experience, and Qualifications**:

- 2-5 years in statutory/internal audits, internal controls, and compliance.
- Experience in the Pharma/Healthcare industry.
- Proactive mindset suitable for a start-up.
- Proficiency in ERP systems, MS Office, and reporting systems.
- Strong team player with excellent communication skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong time management.
- Degree in Pharmacy and Master's in Finance or Operations Management.

**Stakeholders**:

- Central Warehouse, Branches, Business Team, Finance
- External Auditors

**KPIs/KRAs**:

- 3 cycle counts per branch annually
- 2 bi-annual counts in CAPEX locations
- 1 full count in all asset locations
- 100% audit compliance and data accuracy
- Minimum of 3 observations per audit
- 200 audit hours per person annually
- CAPA issuance and closure within the same year
- 100% audit calendar adherence
- 100% minimization of internal risk

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
