**Job Description: Consultant / Sr. Consultant - Business & Corporate Visa Processing**

**Role**: Consultant / Sr. Consultant
**Experience**: Minimum 2-3 years in Business & Corporate Visa Processing
**Location**: Balaji Nagar, Chennai
**Salary Budget**: ₹35,000 - ₹38,000 Gross per month

**Experience Must Required in Travel Industry.**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Handle end-to-end business and corporate visa processing for clients, ensuring timely and accurate submissions.
- Communicate with government authorities, consulates, and visa agencies on behalf of clients.
- Provide expert advice and guidance to corporate clients on visa requirements and procedures.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of visa laws and policies for different countries.
- Ensure all documentation meets the legal requirements of the destination country.
- Offer excellent customer service, responding promptly to client inquiries and providing updates.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and visa processing status.

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in business and corporate visa processing.
- Strong understanding of immigration policies and visa processes for multiple countries.
- Good communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to clearly explain complex visa procedures to clients.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and visa processing software.
- Knowledge of various visa categories, including business, work, and corporate visas, is essential.

**Educational Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in any field (preferably related to International Relations, Law, or Business).
