**Role Description**

This is a full-time on-site role located in Nelamangala, Bengaluru for a Trainer in the Apparel and Textile industry. The Trainer will be responsible for delivering high-quality training programs on various aspects of apparel production, têxtile manufacturing, and quality control. Daily tasks include preparing training materials, conducting hands-on training sessions, evaluating trainee progress, and providing actionable feedback. The Trainer will also collaborate with the assessment team to ensure programs are effective and meet industry standards.

**Qualifications**
- In-depth knowledge of apparel production and têxtile manufacturing processes
- Experience in quality control and assurance in the têxtile and apparel industry
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Ability to create comprehensive training materials and conduct hands-on training sessions
- Excellent organizational and assessment skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with the assessment team
- Bachelor’s degree/Diploma in Apparels/Garments/Textile Engineering, Apparel Design, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in same domain, training or teaching role within the apparel and têxtile industry is a must

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹11,001.98 - ₹20,360.73 per month
