**Job Summary**:
The Civil Surveyor will be responsible for setting out, level checking, alignment marking, and monitoring of construction activities for stormwater drains, sewer lines, and RCC open/closed drains. The role requires accurate field measurements, drawing interpretation, and close coordination with the site execution team.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Carry out **topographic and layout surveys** for stormwater and sewer drain projects.
- Set out **centerlines, offsets, and invert levels** for RCC drain structures (open drains, box drains, chambers).
- Operate **survey instruments** such as Total Station, Auto Level, and GPS.
- Conduct **as-built surveys** and prepare necessary documentation for approvals.
- Ensure **correct slope** and **alignment** of drain channels as per design drawings.
- Collaborate with site engineers to mark structures like manholes, headwalls, and junctions.
- Monitor earthwork levels, backfilling limits, and finished surface levels.
- Keep records of survey data, logs, and drawings.
- Conduct periodic checks to avoid deviations in alignment or gradient.
- Coordinate with the QA/QC team for level-related inspections.
- Ensure **survey instruments are calibrated** and maintained.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- Diploma / ITI in Civil Engineering or Land Surveying
- 4+ years of experience in drainage or infrastructure works
- Proficient with **Total Station, Auto Level, and leveling staff**:

- Understanding of construction drawings and bar bending schedules
- Basic knowledge of AutoCAD and MS Excel
- Ability to read and interpret sewer/drainage layout plans and profile
- **Working Hours**:

- 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM (may vary by project)

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
