**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- **Storyboard Interpretation**: Collaborate with the creative team to understand the vision and objectives of each project. Interpret storyboards, scripts, and animatics to develop a clear understanding of the desired animation style, character movements, and scene compositions.
- **Character Animation**: Create expressive and dynamic character animations that convey emotions, personality traits, and physical movements. Utilize keyframe animation techniques to bring characters to life, including walk cycles, facial expressions, and action sequences.
- **Scene Animation**: Animate backgrounds, environments, and props to enhance visual storytelling and create immersive worlds. Implement camera movements, lighting effects, and particle simulations to add depth and realism to animated scenes.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with other animators, artists, designers, and directors to ensure consistency in style, tone, and quality across all animation sequences. Participate in creative brainstorming sessions and contribute ideas to improve animation techniques and workflows.
- **Feedback and Revisions**: Review animation sequences with the creative team and incorporate feedback to refine and enhance the final product. Make necessary revisions to meet project deadlines and client expectations while maintaining the integrity of the original vision.
- **Technical Proficiency**: Demonstrate proficiency in animation software such as Adobe Animate, Toon Boom Harmony, Autodesk Maya, or Blender. Stay updated on industry trends, tools, and techniques to continually improve skills and efficiency.
- **Time Management**: Manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively to meet deadlines and production milestones. Adapt to changing project requirements and timelines while maintaining a high level of quality and attention to detail.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Animation, Fine Arts, Graphic Design, or related field (preferred).
- Proven experience as an Animator in a professional setting or through personal projects/portfolio.
- Strong portfolio showcasing a range of animation styles and techniques.
- Proficiency in animation software such as Adobe Animate, Toon Boom Harmony, Autodesk Maya, or Blender.
- Excellent artistic skills, including a solid understanding of anatomy, movement, and acting principles.
- Creative problem-solving abilities and a collaborative mindset.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team.

**Salary**: ₹10,707.93 - ₹20,500.00 per month
