We are seeking a creative and talented 3D Character Animator to join our team.

In this role, you will create lifelike animations for our characters in a captivating and realistic manner.

3D Character Animator responsibilities include designing and creating animated scenes, developing storyboards, and collaborating closely with the design and production team to bring our characters to life.

Ultimately, the role of the 3D Character Animator is to produce excellent visual output, creating animation that aligns with the project vision and resonates with our target audience.

**Responsibilities**
- Create and deliver polished animations within the agreed timelines
- Work closely with the design and production team to create animations that align with project objectives
- Develop storyboards to map out scenes and sequences
- Implement feedback from the Director and Design team to refine animations
- Adhere to the stylistic guidelines defined by the project
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure consistent quality in all animations
- Stay informed on the latest industry trends, techniques, and tools

**Qualifications**
- Proven work experience as a 3D Character Animator or similar role
- Strong knowledge of 3D animation software like Blender only
- Excellent creativity and artistic skills
- Understanding of cinematic storytelling principles and techniques
- Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a collaborative environment and take direction
- BA in Animation, Film, Art or related field
