**Position Summary**

The Real-Time 3D Animator specializing in **iClone and Character Creator** is responsible for the rapid creation and iteration of high-quality 3D animated content, primarily for short-form media, pre-visualization, and virtual production projects. This role requires a strong creative eye combined with expertise in the Reallusion ecosystem to quickly deliver polished scenes, character performances, and cinematic sequences, bypassing traditional, lengthy animation and rigging pipelines.

**Nature of Work and Responsibilities**
- **Character Performance**: Generate complex body and facial animation quickly by utilizing iClone’s library of motions, combining motion clips, and cleaning up raw **Motion Capture (MoCap)** data.
- **Facial and Dialogue Animation**: Implement realistic and expressive character dialogue using automated **AccuLips** and facial puppeteering tools, ensuring accurate lip-sync and emotional nuance.
- **Motion Refinement**: Employ the **Curve Editor** to polish motion, adjust timing, and ensure movements adhere to the principles of animation, providing a final professional look.
- **Virtual Set Creation**: Quickly assemble and dress full 3D environments, including terrains, props, and backdrops, often sourced from the Reallusion Content Store or external libraries.
- **Lighting and Atmosphere**: Design and implement dynamic lighting setups, including volumetric effects, shadows, and PBR material adjustments to establish the film’s specific mood and atmosphere.
- **Camera and Layout**: Block out scenes, choreograph virtual cameras, and manage camera transitions to create visually compelling and efficient cinematic sequences.
- **Real-Time Rendering**: Utilize the engine's real-time capabilities to deliver final or near-final quality video output with immediate visual feedback, significantly accelerating the production pipeline.
