**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Animation Development**: Create high-quality 3D animations for characters, objects, and environments based on project briefs.
- **Modeling and Rigging**: Collaborate with artists to model and rig 3D assets, ensuring they are ready for animation.
- **Character Animation**: Bring characters to life through dynamic animations that convey emotion and personality.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with other team members, including designers, artists, and sound engineers, to ensure a cohesive final product.
- **Revisions and Feedback**: Incorporate feedback from directors and peers to refine animations and meet project goals.
- **Maintain Quality**: Ensure animations meet the artistic vision and technical standards of the project.
- **Stay Current**: Keep up with industry trends and techniques to continuously improve your skills and our processes.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Animation, Fine Arts, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proven experience as a 3D Animator, with a strong portfolio demonstrating your skills.
- Proficiency in industry-standard animation software (e.g., Unreal Engine, iClone, Blender,Adobe Premier).
- Solid understanding of the principles of animation (timing, spacing, weight, etc.).
- Strong attention to detail and a creative mindset.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Experience with game engines (e.g., Iclone, Blender, Unreal Engine).
- Understanding of motion capture techniques and implementation.
