Responsibilities:

- **Coordinate Export Activities**: Manage the end-to-end documentation process for air exports, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
- **Documentation Preparation**: Prepare and review all necessary documentation for air export shipments, including air waybills, commercial invoices, packing lists, and certificates of origin.
- **Customs Clearance**: Liaise with customs authorities, freight forwarders, and airlines to facilitate smooth clearance of air export shipments, resolving any issues that may arise.
- **Communication**: Maintain regular communication with internal stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, carriers, and colleagues in other departments, to ensure timely and accurate documentation flow.
- **Record Keeping**: Maintain organized records of all air export documentation, ensuring that information is readily accessible for auditing purposes.
- **Compliance**: Stay updated on changes to export regulations and ensure that all documentation processes comply with relevant laws and regulations.
- **Problem Solving**: Address any discrepancies or challenges related to air export documentation promptly and effectively, collaborating with relevant parties to find solutions.
- **Customer Service**: Provide support to customers regarding documentation requirements, shipment status updates, and any inquiries related to air exports, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- **Process Improvement**: Identify opportunities to streamline documentation processes and improve efficiency, implementing changes as necessary to enhance overall effectiveness.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
