**Job Overview**
As a Marketing Intern with the University Outreach Team at GCQ Study Abroad, you will play an active role in expanding our network of university partnerships and generating leads that connect students with international educational opportunities. This internship focuses on building relationships with universities, generating prospective student leads, and supporting revenue-driven marketing initiatives. Over six months, you’ll gain hands-on experience in partnership building, lead generation, and student engagement, with a clear pathway to full-time employment based on performance.
**Key Responsibilities**
- **University Outreach and Relationship Building**:
- Research and connect with universities and academic institutions to build partnership opportunities and co-marketing initiatives.
- Support the creation of presentations, proposals, and outreach materials for university partners.
- Collaborate on joint events, webinars, and info sessions to drive student interest and lead generation.
- **Lead Generation & Target Achievement**:
- Track and analyze metrics for conversion rates, campaign effectiveness, and target achievements.
- Work closely with admissions counselors to ensure effective lead handover and conversion support.
- **Campaign Support and Content Creation**:
- Assist in creating content for digital channels, including social media, newsletters, and blog posts tailored to prospective students.
- Participate in planning and executing events such as webinars, virtual fairs, and info sessions to enhance brand presence and lead engagement.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and improve outreach effectiveness.
**Qualifications**
- **Education**: Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, International Relations, or related fields.
- **Skills**:
- Strong interpersonal and written communication skills.
- Experience or interest in CRM tools and digital marketing platforms.
- Analytical mindset with an enthusiasm for meeting targets and engaging prospective students.
