**AI Tool Research & Analysis**:

- Identify and evaluate AI tools that align with the company's objectives across various departments.
- Conduct a comparative analysis of AI solutions to determine suitability, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness.

**Customer Support and Grievances**:

- Recommend AI-driven solutions like chatbots, sentiment analysis tools, and automated ticketing systems to improve customer support and grievance management.

**Sales Optimization**:

- Leverage AI tools for lead generation, customer segmentation, predictive analytics, and CRM automation.

**Implementation & Training**:

- Oversee the integration of AI tools into workflows and ensure seamless adoption by teams.
- Provide training sessions for employees to effectively utilize new AI tools.

**Performance Monitoring**:

- Regularly assess the performance and ROI of implemented AI tools.
- Recommend adjustments and upgrades as necessary.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or related fields. (Not mandatory)
- 2+ years of experience in AI research, tool evaluation, or related roles.
- Strong analytical skills and a knack for problem-solving.
- Excellent communication and training skills to ensure smooth implementation of AI tools.
- Knowledge of CSR and social impact initiatives is a plus.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
