Job title: AI PrompterLocation: HyderabadResponsibilities/core tasks- Responsible for providing insights on AI-related projects within the content domain and meet business needs, focusing on efficiency and scalability, including: - Craft and optimize AI prompts to improve model performance and user interaction. - Conduct rigorous AI research to stay ahead of industry trends and apply the latest findings to our projects. - Collaborate with development teams to integrate AI functionalities via APIs. - Document and present research findings and solutions clearly and effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. - Responsible for ensuring the stability, reliability, and performance of AI systems, and actively participate in project release and testing processes to meet expected requirements.Competences (knowledge, skills, personal abilities, work experience)Knowledge- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communication, Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or related field, or equivalent hands-on job experience. - Has had first-hand experience in automated AI development and implementation. - Has had first-hand experience in IT development projects, preferably in the eCommerce sector. - Proven expertise in using multiple AI tools and platforms. - Strong experience in designing and optimizing AI prompts for various use cases. - Extensive knowledge of API integration and management. - Demonstrated ability to conduct independent research and apply its outcomes to real-world applications. - Exceptional command of the English language, both written and spoken, with the ability to explain complex AI concepts clearly.Soft Skills- Agile - Ability to act as the scrum master and align value, priority, rank of the expectation - Estimate time and impediment, scheme the task into short time frame and allow adaptation to changes - Problem Solving - Ability to act timely for system malfunction - Communication and coordination - Ability to effectively communicate and coordinate with tech team - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.Working experience- At least 3-5 year-experience in the fieldPreferred Qualifications- Experience with large language models like GPT (Generative Pre-trained Transformer). - Exceptional mathematical skills, particularly in areas relevant to AI and machine learning. - Familiarity with machine learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch).
