**Office Location **- Lower Parel - Kamala Mills compound, Mumbai

**Main purpose and scope of the job-**
To write well researched, in-depth articles (News and Features) on the Commercial Vehicle industry (primarily India) for for a multi-platform mix of print publication, website, ezine, videos, social media in keeping with the set deadlines; the scope of coverage includes CV launches, drive reviews, original equipment manufacturing companies of trucks, buses and off-highway equipment apart from ancillaries. It also includes fleet operators, logistics companies besides looking at industry outlook, micro and macroeconomic parameters impacting the CV industry.

**Duties and key responsibilities**
- To contribute to the content of the CV & ACI Magazine and website including conceiving, planning and executing features and articles.
- Ensure that the editorial contents are consistently of the highest standards and in keeping with the premium positioning of the magazine.
- Should report for Commercial Vehicle magazine, but also contribute to other Auto titles as and when he/ she sees an opportunity
- To develop market contacts and knowledge of the Industry and to demonstrate understanding of key market trends, latest developments and main market participants, their product offerings and strategies.
- You will also be expected to travel across the country/ internationally on occasions in order to conduct interviews and build contacts and to represent the company at industry events.
- You will be responsible for reviewing Products as assigned to you from time to time.

**Key Performance Indicators (KPI)**
- Ideate story pegs.
- Produce in-depth and well-researched articles (600-2500 words) in line with the magazine guidelines.
- Co-ordinate with the design team for layouts.
- File web version (400-700 words) of the print story and or independent web stories.
- Interview leading company spokes heads.
- Basic to moderate level photography with an eye for detail (DSLR/Mobile) (to support the print article).
- Record short videos at events, video interactions, PTCs and produce basic on the go mobile edits for the web.
- Cover key CV industry trade fairs/expo.
- Ensure reach of the articles through the web and social media handles (a mix of live and delayed feeds).

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
