E-commerce executive

Must have excellent Excel skills and good working knowledge of Microsoft Word & Power point.

Must have working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop

Should be fluent in oral & written English

Prior experience of having worked with an e-commerce portal / company is preferred

Must have minimum 2 years of work experience in a similar role

**Job Location**

1. South Extension - Part 1 Market

**Work Days & Timings**

Mondays OFF (South Extension)

**Compensation**

INR 20,000 - INR 23,000 per month

1. Responsible for product listing & catalogue management on our website and ensuring that all product content and price is up to date

2. Creation of orders & sales invoices

3. Inspecting landing pages, product information, checkout options, and all other pertinent website-related systems to ensure their visual appeal, accuracy, and ease of use

4. Coordination with logistic companies for the booking and ensure dispatch of shipments. Communication of order dispatch details with customers and arrange for reverse shipments, if any

5. Fulfilling client requests by clarifying desired information and forwarding requests / leads about product.

6. Following up to ensure that appropriate actions were taken on customers’ requests.

7. Maintaining Weekly Monthly Quarterly & Annual reports in MS Excel.

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
